At Earthworks we are trying to lessen our Environmental Impact and support our Community however we can. As such our materials are locally sourced and produced whenever possible, and our packaging and delivery options do what they can to eliminate excess plastics. Even the Bulk Bins in our yard are made from Recycled Lobster Traps and Recycled Concrete!

Soil – For sustainable turf growth we recommend a minimum of 6”

Compost – For soil amending w/ recommend a coverage of 1”-2” turned into your beds

Mulch – For weed reduction and moisture retention we recommend 3”-4”

Aggregate – For Interlocking Paver applications w/ recommend a minimum of 6” – 8” for non-vehicular applications and a minimum of 12”-18” for vehicular applications. More is always better

Peastone/River Rock – We recommend 2”-3” of coverage placed on top of a geotextile/weed barrier
